1. Initial Startup Stage (2006)
In 2006, Bali Youchong (International) Beauty Training School officially established in Dalian. As one of the early professional pet grooming training institutions in China, it took the lead in standardizing pet grooming vocational teaching, breaking the local fragmented and nonstandardized training model, and initiating the development of standardized pet grooming education in Dalian.
2. Qualification Foundation Stage
In April 2026, the school passed strict official audit of CKU, becoming the first CKU-authorized training school in Dalian for both groomers and handlers. 3. Phase of Establishing Formal Educational Qualifications
In September 2020, after approval by the Dalian Civil Affairs Bureau the Employment Center of the Dalian Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, the school was officially established. It obtained a national formal educational license, becoming a vocational training school with official filing qualifications, its educational standardization and professionalism received official government recognition.
4. Phase of Obtaining Official Examination Center Qualification
In May 2012, it successfully obtained the qualification as an official designated examination for CKU beautician certification in Dalian. It undertakes the pet beautician level assessment, on-site evaluation, and skill grading work for Dalian and the southern Liaoning region, official authoritative assessment authority.
5. Phase of Becoming an Industry Benchmark
In August 2018, it was rated as a rare 2S 2K level professional pet grooming school. Relying on its excellent teaching achievements, students' competition results, and good industry reputation, it became a benchmark school in Dalian's pet grooming training industry, winning multiple top industry year after year. In 2019, the school achieved top results in several core CKU rankings, further expanding its industry influence.
6. Phase of School-Enterprise and Internationalized Education
In September 2008, it successively reached deep school-enterprise cooperation with multiple public animal husbandry, agriculture, and forestry universities, becoming a designated practical and teaching base for these universities. Relying on its superior teaching strength and international teaching standards, it has attracted overseas students from many countries around the world to study, with its brand influence radiating the domestic and international pet grooming industries.
